Website Security Firewall in Tampa Bay
Protection That Never Clocks Out, Even When You Do
An always-on firewall that blocks bots and spam so your site stays safe around the clock.
The Problem With an Unprotected Website
Bots Don't Wait for Business Hours to Attack Your Site
Bots don't care what time it is. They probe login pages, submit spam through contact forms, and scan for weak points around the clock, including the exact week local search traffic spikes hardest after a storm, when the last thing a contractor needs is a compromised site.
Most of this traffic is invisible until it causes a real problem: a defaced page, a flooded inbox, a site so bogged down by junk requests that real visitors feel the slowdown too. The same managed hosting for contractor sites that keeps a site fast during a traffic spike also needs a layer built specifically to keep bad traffic out.
How the Firewall Works
It Watches Your Site So You Don't Have To
- 01
Traffic Gets Screened Automatically
Every request to your site passes through the same automated check, continuously, with no manual review needed.
- 02
Bots and Bad Actors Get Blocked
Suspicious patterns get stopped before they reach your pages, your forms, or your login.
- 03
Real Visitors Get Through, Unaffected
A homeowner browsing your site never notices the screening happening underneath.

The Firewall Doesn't Sleep. Neither Does the Risk.
The firewall itself runs continuously, 24 hours a day, screening every request whether it's Tuesday at noon or 3am on a holiday. That part truly never stops. What does follow normal business hours is our team. If something unusual needs a human decision, that gets handled during standard business hours, not around the clock. The system watches constantly. The people behind it keep normal hours, the same as any well-run local business.
Website Security FAQs
Straight Answers About How Your Site Is Protected
What does the firewall actually protect against?
It's built to block automated bot traffic, brute-force login attempts, and spam submissions, the kind of background attacks that hit nearly every public website, whether anyone notices or not.
Does this mean someone is monitoring my site 24 hours a day?
The firewall itself runs automatically, 24 hours a day, screening traffic without needing a person watching it in real time. Our team works business hours, so if something needs a human response, that happens during standard business hours, not around the clock.
Will the firewall ever block real customers by mistake?
It's built to screen for bot behavior specifically, not normal visitor traffic, so legitimate visitors browsing your site are not affected.
Is this included in my plan or an extra cost?
It's included by default on the Authority Site plan. It's also available as a standalone add-on for Trust Engine clients who want it before upgrading.
What happens if my site does get attacked?
The firewall is designed to catch and block the vast majority of automated attacks before they reach your site. If something unusual does happen, it's addressed as part of your active plan.
Do I need to do anything to turn this on?
No. It's set up as part of your onboarding on the plans where it's included. There's nothing for you to install or configure.
Is this the same as an SSL certificate?
No. An SSL certificate is included on every plan and secures the connection between your site and its visitors. The firewall is a separate layer that screens incoming traffic for bots and attacks.
