Website plans run month-to-month. There is no long-term contract required to begin. If a plan is cancelled, the domain name remains with the client. Because hosting, security, and support are part of an active subscription, the live site comes down when the subscription ends, consistent with how most managed website services operate.

Intellectual Property

Design elements, code, and structure created as part of a website build remain the intellectual property of Website & Reviews unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-provided content, including photos, logos, and written copy, remains the property of the client.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an as-is basis. Website & Reviews makes no guarantee of specific search engine rankings, lead volume, or business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Website & Reviews is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our services.
