One Flat Rate. No Guessing What Anything Costs.
A fast, well-built website on a predictable monthly plan, with no large upfront invoice.

Add It All Up Separately, and the Math Stops Making Sense
Piece it together yourself and the numbers add up fast. A custom-designed website from an independent developer commonly starts in the five figures before a single page goes live, and that is before hosting, backups, or security are even part of the conversation.
Add a security monitoring service to keep bots and spam off the site, a professional email setup through Google Workspace, and physical review-collection hardware if you could even find it, and the separate invoices alone can rival what an entire year of a flat monthly plan costs.
Against that reality, the website-as-a-service model for contractors bundles the build, the hosting, the security, and the review kit into one predictable monthly rate that stops looking like an expense and starts looking like the obvious math.

How Cancellation Actually Works
Month-to-Month, Starting From Day One
Every plan runs month-to-month, starting from day one. There is no annual contract to sign and no long-term commitment required to get started.
Hosting, security, and support are part of an active subscription, so the live site stays online while the plan is active, the same way most managed website services work. The domain name itself stays with you either way.

A One-Time Fee for Real Work, Not an Arbitrary Charge

Google Workspace configured and connected, so your business runs on a branded address from day one.
-
Waived Entirely on an Annual Prepay
Pay a full year upfront on any tier and the setup fee disappears completely.
How This Compares to a Traditional Build
A Traditional Site Costs More Upfront and Takes Months Longer
The Traditional Route
A custom build from an independent developer or small agency often starts in the five figures before a single page is live. Add a multi-month timeline, a separate hosting and security vendor to manage, and a retainer for ongoing changes, and the real first-year cost climbs well past the sticker price.
The Flat Monthly Route
A Website & Reviews plan starts with a modest one-time setup fee, waived entirely on an annual prepay, plus one flat monthly rate that already includes hosting, security, and support. Most sites launch within days of content being finalized, not months.
Staying Current, Automatically
Your Site Gets a Refresh When You Ask, at No Extra Cost
Trust Engine and Authority Site plans include the Annual Facelift Guarantee: once per year, on request, Website & Reviews refreshes the look and feel of your site at no additional charge. It is a standing benefit of staying subscribed, not a one-time favor or a response to a complaint.
Limited Spots Per Trade, Per Area
Only a Few Contractors Per Trade in Each Service Area
Website & Reviews caps client volume at a small number of contractors per trade, per service area, so each client gets real, direct attention instead of being one of dozens of nearly identical local competitors.

Straight Answers About Your Investment
What's the actual difference between the three plans?
Digital Presence ($497 setup, $149/month) is a fast, single-page site with the essentials: hosting, security, a contact form, and basic SEO. Trust Engine ($697 setup, $397/month) is the plan most contractors choose, and adds a multi-page site, the physical NFC review kit, business email setup, and monthly edit time. Authority Site ($997 setup, $697/month) adds a larger page structure, an always-on bot firewall, priority edit time, and the Annual Facelift Guarantee.
Is there a way to avoid the setup fee?
Yes. If you prepay a full year of your plan upfront, the setup fee is waived completely, on any tier.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month, starting from day one. There's no annual contract required to get started.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
The domain name stays yours. Since hosting, security, and support are part of an active subscription, the live site comes down when the subscription ends, the same way most managed website services work. If something isn't working for you, reach out first, we'd rather adjust the plan than have you lose the site over a fixable problem.
What does the setup fee actually pay for?
It covers the real, one-time work of building your site: the initial design and page build, the NFC kit hardware on Trust Engine and Authority Site plans, and your business email setup. It's not a flat administrative charge, it's tied to specific deliverables.
Can I switch plans later if my business grows?
Yes. Contractors commonly start on Digital Presence or Trust Engine and move up to Authority Site as their business grows or their content needs expand. Reach out and we'll walk you through what upgrading involves.
Is the monthly fee the only ongoing cost?
For most contractors, yes. The one exception is email hosting through Google Workspace, which is billed directly by Google to you, since it's your account. We handle the setup, but that specific subscription is paid on your card, not bundled into our monthly fee.
Why is there a limit on how many contractors you'll work with per trade?
We cap client volume at a small number of contractors per trade, per service area, so we can give each client real, direct attention instead of spreading ourselves too thin across dozens of nearly identical local competitors.
